A Note About Customer-Provided Items
We dedicate a large amount of time making sure your order is excellent, but as much as we love online retailers and a good deal, when the other retailer profits, we don't. The good news is that we can source the same brands as the big embroidery businesses. Most likely, this will net you an overall lower price when combined with embroidery or other decoration. Win-Win!
Personalizations
It's yours
We do accept your items for embroidery. Items must be clean (new preferred) and if laundered, done so without the use of fabric softeners and/or laundry sheets. You will be provided a release to sign prior to services being rendered.
It is impossible to predict how items we have not previously worked with will behave. Not every item is a good candidate for embroidery.
It is also impossible to know if that will be the unlikely time the machine will spit oil or malfunction.
The release provided to you releases MGR Designs from any & all responsibility regarding dissatisfaction and/or loss.
When you purchase from us, you purchase a finished item. When you bring us an item, you purchase a service. So-- We take an item we haven't worked with before and do the best job possible. That means that we make the best decisions we can about which stabilizer, needle, and needle size to use, the density of the design, and whether or not the item is suitable for embroidery. Rarely, an item just doesn't accept embroidery well, but we don't know this until it is too late.
That sounds scary. No kidding! We don't want to mess up your things, either. But still, embroidery on customer-provided items is done AT YOUR OWN RISK. We repair as best we can, but we do not replace the item nor give compensation for loss.
Potential problems include, but are not limited to, machine oil marks, design changes, tears and holes, shredded fabric, incorrect thread colors, incorrect placement.

My Gal Ruby, LLC and MGR Designs does not knowingly reproduce logos without proper permission.
If you would like us to embroider your company's logo onto items for you and your employees, please send us a note via the Contact page.
We will create a custom store for your company or school.
Our current minimum quantity for items we produce is currently one. When we work with other companies (ie screenprinting, promotional), we are tied to their minimums and therefore so are our customers.
We do provide contract embroidery services. Contact us for full pricing, but new Setup starts at $35.
Teams
From the Little to the Big Leagues
Teams are a little different. We understand that players will come and go during a season. With that in mind, the pricing you receive will be valid through the season.
- Secure permission from your league if you will be requesting logowork. We will ask for an artwork release be signed.
- Place a piece of masking tape inside each cap with the player's number.
- Triple check the player's number and name spelling.
- A master list of names & numbers is appreciated.
Product Care
Please check the individual item for instructions. If it is washable, please wash in cool water and dry low. Embroidery should not be dried hot. If ironing is desired, do so with a low temperature from the *wrong* side of the item. Never place iron directly on the decorative embroidery stitches; it will melt the thread and the thread may lose its sheen. Do NOT use steam.
Expected Professionalism
Your logo is used at your direction. At no time do we use your business's branding for our own personal uses.

About Refunds on Personalized Items
Personalized items are custom made for you. We are unable to sell these items to anyone else. No refunds will be given once you approve your order.
Please be certain about all details before confirming your order. Details include, but are not limited to:
Names, name spelling, layout, position, color, quantity, size
Grandparents: Thank you for including us in your joy! We strongly suggest waiting until the baby is born before putting a name on the quilt (blanket, toy, etc) just in case.

Does one look better to you?
We place knockdown stitching underneath embroidery for items that are loopy, lofty, fuzzy, or furry. Why? It creates a bed that keeps the loops, loft, fuzz, or fur down and a perimeter that keeps them away.
You’re paying for embroidery. Why not see it? Right?
Also useful under small letters on knit beanies. These sample letters are under 1/4" tall!
